Kenova survey launched

A survey has been launched to allow families the opportunity to independently provide feedback on Operation Kenova

The survey, which is only open to those engaged with the investigation, is completely voluntary, anonymous and confidential. It will focus on the engagement with their Family Liaison Officer and the wider investigation team.

It is hoped the survey will provide the Victim Focus Group (VFG) with a better understanding of the experiences that victims and survivors have had with Operation Kenova.

If families decide to take part in the survey, the VFG will be able to establish if individual’s needs, rights and interests are being protected by the investigation.

The data from completed surveys will be used to improve the experiences victims and survivors have with Operation Kenova and the Historical Investigations Unit.

This survey is completely confidential. No personal data will be shared or published.

Family members are encouraged to contact their Family Liaison for details on how to access the survey.
