A man is due to appear in court today (Wednesday 5 December) charged with possession of extreme pornographic images.
Freddie Scappaticci, 72, has been charged via requisition with two counts of possession of extreme pornographic images, contrary to Section 63 of the Criminal Justice and Immigration Act 2008.
The charges span from October 2015 to January this year. He is due to appear at Westminster Magistrates’ Court this morning.
